Order acknowledgements

Order acknowledgements are sent by e-mail and should be carefully checked to ensure that the order has been correctly interpreted. Any discrepancies should be notified in writing to us immediately, otherwise the goods delivered or collected will be deemed to have been those ordered and in the event of the goods or any part of the goods having to be returned, we may at our discretion charge a handling fee to cover any costs incurred. Delivery

Delivery is free throughout the UK mainland for orders in excess of £500. If the order value is less than £500, a delivery charge will be made, such charge depending on the quantity and the product supplied. Where the order is only for accessories, separate charges will apply. Further details can be found on the Delivery Information page.

Delivery charges to other parts of the UK as well as European and international deliveries are subject to quotation.

Delivery is normally within 3 - 5 working days for most products and customers are notified in advance of the delivery date. In most cases we also arrange for the delivery driver to phone ahead and advise the estimated time of delivery. Any date or time given for the delivery of the goods is intended for guidance only and goods ordered must therefore be accepted whether delivered before, on or after the date or time given. We shall not be liable for damage or delay or consequential loss or breach of contract brought about by any delay or suspension of the order or by the late despatch or delivery of the order in any way whatsoever. Under no circumstances shall failure to despatch or deliver be deemed to be a breach of contract and no consequential loss shall result.

It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any delivery conditions which may prevent delivery or unloading taking place and therefore as part of the checkout process, customers will be asked to confirm firstly that someone will be on hand to unload the goods; secondly that there is suitable access to the property for a 30' lorry; and thirdly that there is sufficient parking and unloading space at or reasonably near to the property to enable the goods to be offloaded. Where the customer fails to inform us of any such conditions and delivery has to be rescheduled for a later date, we reserve the right to make a charge for any re-delivery.

Insurance

Goods are insured during delivery to the point of unloading. Unloading is the customer's responsibility. The goods must be examined on arrival and the delivery documentation signed by the customer as evidence that the goods have been delivered in good condition and in accordance with the order. If not, the goods will be deemed to have been delivered in good condition and in accordance with the order.

Claims

Claims for any shortage, damage or breakage will only be allowed where the details have been recorded on the delivery documentation and the delivery documentation signed as evidence of such shortage, damage or breakage by both our representative and the customer. We will at our discretion make good any shortage, damage or breakage of goods either by replacement or by refunding a corresponding proportion of the original price. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any breach of contract or consequential loss in the event of such a claim.

Collection of goods

Certain goods may be collected from depots around the country. Please refer to the Click & Collect section for more details of these depots. Goods should be ordered in the usual way when using Click & Collect and a collection depot must be specified. Customers will be given a reference number along with details of the collection depot, and will be notified when the goods are available for collection. Any date or time given for the collection of goods is intended for guidance only and we shall not be liable for any damage or delay or consequential loss or breach of contract brought about by any delay or suspension of the order or by the late collection of the order in any way whatsoever. Under no circumstances shall failure to collect for any reason whatsoever be deemed to be a breach of contract and no consequential loss shall result.

Goods are insured to the point at which the goods are loaded into the customer's vehicle. Loading is the customer's responsibility. The goods should be carefully examined prior to loading for any shortage, damage or breakage and then the collection documentation signed as evidence that the goods have been collected in good condition and in accordance with the order. It is the customer's responsibility to check the goods carefully for any shortage, damage or breakage and should the goods have to be returned for any reason whatsoever, we reserve the right to make a handling charge. In such circumstances we shall not be liable for any breach of contract or consequential loss.

All goods should be carefully checked for any visible defects both before and during installation. Any goods which are installed in spite of such defects are not covered by the guarantee.
