Delivery Information
Delivery Information:
Delivery for most products is normally within three to five working days and customers are notified in advance of the delivery date. In most cases we also arrange for the delivery driver to phone ahead to let you know the estimated time of delivery. Delivery can also be made to site and can usually be arranged to arrive on a specific date if required.
Please note that although most drivers are willing to help offload and take the goods into your property, they are only contracted to deliver to the kerbside . It's therefore most important that someone is on hand to help unload as well. During the checkout process, you will therefore be asked to confirm:
- that someone will be on hand to help unload and sign for receipt of the goods
- that there are no restrictions on any of the roads leading to the property for a 30' lorry
- and finally that there is adequate parking/unloading space at or near to the property
It is the customer's responsibility to let us know of any other factors which may affect delivery. Please use the comments section under 'Step 4 - Delivery Method' of the checkout process to let us know of anything else you think we should know about.
Delivery throughout the UK mainland:
Delivery is free throughout the UK mainland for all flooring orders over £500. If the order value is less than £500, the delivery charge is £45. If a part delivery is required, we may make a separate charge for each delivery. Where the order is just for accessories and the value of the order is less than £500, the delivery charge is £45 unless it is for Holt or Staki accessories in which case where the value of the order is less than £300, the delivery charge will be £25. Delivery is free of charge for Holt or Staki accessory orders over £300.
Delivery to other areas:
Delivery charges to other parts of the UK as well as European and international deliveries are subject to quotation. Please contact us by phone or e-mail with details of your order including the delivery address.
Receipt of goods:
You should check the goods as soon as they are offloaded to make sure that they are as ordered and that they have not been damaged in any way. Any shortage, damage or breakage must be recorded on the delivery documentation and signed as such by both yourself and the delivery driver. You should also notify us as soon as possible either by phone or by e-mail.
